TERMS OF SERVICE

refusal of these terms must be voiced before the illustrating process or you will only be given a half refund. by commissioning me, you agree to all terms listed.

☆ general ☆

❥ you must be over the age of 18 to commission me regardless of the piece being SFW or not. i use paypal for transactions, which is against tos for minors to use!❥ i reserve the right to turn down any commission for my own comfort or safety before starting the illustrating process. i am not obligated to nor will i give reasoning. if this is the case, you will have not paid yet, and thus will not require a refund.❥ while i'm likely to start and finish a piece within a day or two, my work time can range anywhere from a day to a few weeks. I will make you aware of any delays as soon as I can and offer a rough time-frame for completion. Please understand i work at my own pace to make art we will both be happy with!❥ these terms are subject to changes at any time. please review them before commissioning me, even if you have commissioned me in the past!❥ i am able to send HD files over e-mail in conjunction with the platform the commissioner and i communicate on! you will not receive a piece without a clear signature or watermark.

☆ payment ☆

❥ while prices are listed in USD (us dollars), payments are to be sent in AUD (australian dollars) over paypal only, and must be sent as "goods and services", not "family and friends"! do not send payment in USD!❥ refunds can be requested at any point in the illustrating process. I do not offer refunds after a piece is finished. if a refund is requested, work will immediately cease and you will not receive HQ photos of your piece regardless of the stage i am at in the illustrating process.❥ you must pay in full before i start the illustrating process. i will not start before full payment is sent and confirmed.❥ tips are very much welcome and appreciated! thank you for your generosity if you consider doing so!❥ i do not offer refunds on adoptable sales. this goes for designs created by me, or resales of designs created by others.

☆ comfort ☆

❥ i will draw:
- furries
- scalies
- taurs
- humans and humanoids
- flat-faced furries
- feral characters
- fan characters from copyrighted media (pokemon, digimon, my little pony, etc)
- child characters in SFW scenarios
- gore and horror content
- nsfw and suggestive content
- most kinks (please ask!)❥ i will not draw:
- robots
- complex machinery
- vehicles
-characters with exaggerated or hyper body types or body parts (breasts, lips, genitals, nipples, etc)
- hate directed at a specific group
- scat fetish
- feeder fetish
- animal genitals on anthro characters (knots, barbs, hemipenes, sheaths, etc)
- feral or taur characters with clear or implied genitals
- complex architecture
- underage nsfw
- feral nsfw (this is including pokemon and digimon, feral dragons and mythical creatures, regardless of "sentience", etc)
- dubiously aged characters in nsfw scenes
- diapers (clean or messy)
- military uniforms
- copyrighted characters❥ i will not make art for clients active in babyfur, kidfur, diaperfur or ddlg spaces. it does not matter if you use these terms in a "SFW" manner. this does not include nonsexual age regression outside of these communities for those not using these labels!❥ i will not make art for clients who make or engage with feral porn, zoophilia/zeta, cub porn, or "proship" / "profic" content, or align with and accept these views.

☆ process ☆

❥ first, you will receive a screenshot with a select few rough sketches before i begin lining, so you may choose a pose you like best. you are welcome to provide feedback and request changes in pose, expression, etc!❥ i will send a watermarked screenshot of the finished lineart before i move on to the coloring stage, where i ask you approve of the current lines. please let me know of any changes before i color. changes that need to be done after or during coloring will incur a surcharge for each change, starting at +$10 usd, with an additional +$5 usd for each change thereafter.❥ unless it is a custom design you have commissioned, i will not work with written descriptions for characters. 3d model reference sheets, such as hero forge models, or references without clear color palettes will incur a +$10 usd surcharge.❥ pose concepts / references and ideas are desirable but i can take artistic liberties as well. this may incur an additional surcharge.❥ if there is a deadline you need me to work around you must voice this before i start, and it will incur an additional surcharge.

☆ useage ☆

❥ only i and the commissioner are permitted to use commissioned work.❥ you are welcome to repost your finished commission, but please clearly credit one of my socials. please credit either my twitter (link) or furaffinity (link). if you are uploading your commission to toyhouse, please accurately credit my account there (link)❥ private commissions (ie commissions not posted to my socials or used as advertising/art examples on my pages) are welcome but you must express this before i start the commission. private commissions will incur a +15% surcharge.❥ if you do not have an account on the socials i post to or do not disclose your username, i will refer to you as "a client".❥ you are not permitted to drastically alter your finished piece, remove my signature, trace the commission, or use the commission for commercial purposes. cropping the picture for icons or banners is okay AS LONG AS credit is given somewhere immediately accessible and visible, such as a description!

if you break any of these design terms, i reserve the right to place you on a personal blocklist

☆ adoptables + customs ☆

❥ you must clearly credit me for any designs, adoptables or redesigns i create. if you upload them to toyhouse, you must credit my account there (link) as the design creator, and as the artist for any images i created for the design.❥ you may not resell adoptables or designs for a higher price than they were bought for unless they have extra art, in which case you may only add as much as you paid for the art, no more. do not charge extra for art you did not receive real world currency for (this includes art trades, digital currency, etc).❥ do not auction or OTA adoptables or designs, they must be flat price.❥ you may trade or gift adoptables or custom designs.❥ changing the species or drastically changing the design of a custom or adoptable is allowed as long as the original design or adoptable is included in any gifts, trades, or sales.❥ you may not create your own rights for my designs.❥ you do not own any rights to designs or adoptables after gifting, selling or trading them.❥ adoptables or designs are not to be used for any commercial purposes unless discussed and agreed upon beforehand.
